What types of films are on ReelAbilities Stream?
The platform is dedicated to international films focusing on the lives, stories, and artistic expression of people with disabilities. Many films are made by or feature actors or subjects living with a disability. You can find a variety of films, including narratives, documentaries, feature length and short films from around the world. 

How do I watch the films? 
All films on the site are on a pay-per-view basis (PPV). You can click on a film page, and click on “Rent” in order to watch a film. You will then be asked to register on the site and enter credit card information in order to rent a film. Some films are free of charge. You can watch them by clicking on “Rent” and the price will be $0.

How long are the films available for after I rent them? 
Films are available to view for 48 hours from purchase. You must be logged in to watch the films.

What type of accessibility features does the site include?
All films include captions and audio description. The site has a button that allows you to change the font size, color display, and highlights different areas. The site was designed with accessibility in mind. 

Where can I watch the films from?
Films are available on a laptop, mobile phone, or app from anywhere in the US.

How do I log-in to my account? 
Click on the “log-in” button on the top right corner of the screen.

Where can I see a list of films I have previously viewed? 
After logging in, click on your name on the top-right corner of the screen and go to “settings” -> “past purchases.”

Why do some of the films cost money to watch?
ReelAbilities highly values and supports filmmakers and their work. We compensate each of our creators for sharing their films and, therefore, ask for a moderate fee to view films.

Can I screen these films publicly?
No, the platform is designed for personal use only. Any public screenings must receive approval from the film’s rights’ owners.
